Position Highlights
7-on / 7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts
Very busy, high-volume trauma program
Lucrative compensation with robust earning potential
Consistent patient continuity — always a provider on duty who knows the patients between shifts
APP assistance available to support clinical workflow
Critical Care Fellowship required
Open to new graduates and experienced trauma surgeons
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
