Large Medical Community

Well established group currently has 3 OBGYN physicians. Call will be shared on a 1 in 4 rotation. Group is currently averaging 40 deliveries per month and growing, in addition to a busy surgical schedule. These providers have offices in their modern building located 2 blocks from the hospital. Deliveries and surgeries are done at a modern 140 facility with 5 complete birthing suites. Hospital recently welcomed a full time Neonatologist. Hospital will provide the first year income guarantee. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, along with mutually agreed upon partnership into the group after two years.

East TN:  OB/GYN:  (need 2)  (to establish a private practice, can either be income guarantee or employed by hospital) Traditional private practice opportunity for an energetic physician to start solo private practice with a generous income guarantee. Income ranges of $280,000 to $360,000 can be expected based upon experience, education and/or training. Negotiable.  Financial sponsorship, covering practice start-up, first year income/overhead, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Benefits include 3 weeks vacation, 1 week CME plus $2,500, in addition to monies for malpractice, health insurance & 401K.Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 – 5.  Practice call would be shared with two other private practice OB/Gyn's making it 1:3. Emergency Department call is shared with other Ob/GYN physicians on staff and call would be 1:5.
