Group is looking for BE or BC EM Very democratic group, partnership in two years, sooner if you are energetic Partnership based on hour equivalent of 144 hour month, so overtime applies toward partnership hours Great locations, benefits, etc.  No jumping from location to location, physicians are assigned to single location IF you are looking for San Antonio, this is the group you want to be in!   HOUSTON, TX Are you open to something other than the traditional hospital setting?  Successful Freestanding EM is looking for BE or BC EM, will consider FP or IM with ER Experience  Each is fully equipped with all that you need  Patient rooms have flat screen TV and other amenities  You can practice as Independent Practitioner  15 X 12 hour shifts per month, some 24 hour shifts are possible  Future locations are being planned including Austin and San Antonio    EAST TEXAS: Regional Hospital has an immediate need for BE or BC EM, join a group of 5 BC EM:.    • Annual ED volume around 24,000    • Full partnership possible after only 1 year; strongly democratic group dynamics    • Group has 0-year track record at the hospital and a contract through 2012    • Level III Trauma Center; 15-bed ED    • Typically scheduled for ten 12-hour shifts/month; extra shifts possible    • Compensation in the range of $150 per hour    • Excellent benefits package, including paid malpractice coverage    • Recruitment package from may include        o Sign-on, and/or        o Commencement Bonus       o Relocation Expenses
